Northern hubs were drier but mostly not materially so (e.g., Kandi −4.5 mm, Bembèrèkè −6.5 mm). Relative to last week’s north-led wetness, the signal shifted south. Bahia’s coast flipped decisively wetter—Porto Seguro 91.9 mm vs 17.7 mm (+74.2 mm, +420%) and Ilhéus 45.2 mm vs 25.4 mm (+19.8 mm). Ivory Coast

The east (Bondoukou) was slightly below average (−5.9 mm), while Korhogo and Bouaké were near norms. Outside the belt, north coast turned materially drier—Bagamoyo 6.2 mm vs 19.0 mm (−12.8 mm) and Muheza 6.5 mm vs 18.6 mm (−12.1 mm).
