Brazil

Weather: Rainfall was far above normal along both western and eastern belts. Konkan–Kerala districts (Udupi, Dakshina Kannada, Kozhikode, Kasaragod) all collected 220–240 mm, roughly double their LTAs. Sindhudurg and Ratnagiri posted 160–170 mm, surpluses of 60 mm above average. Andhra–Odisha was also soaked, with Visakhapatnam and Srikakulam exceeding 160–185 mm against seasonal norms of 65–80 mm. Indonesia
Weather: Conditions were mixed. Sulawesi’s Mamuju Utara was notably dry at 35 mm versus its 74 mm norm, while Makassar had 37 mm, about double average. Bali–Lombok districts (Tabanan, Jembrana, Banyuwangi) were wetter than usual, with totals 9–18 mm against LTAs of 6–9 mm. Malang also recorded a surplus at 26 mm vs 9 mm typical.
